**Responsibilities**:
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the school community, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, student services, staffing, budgeting, facilities management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality faculty and staff, providing ongoing support, supervision, and professional development to ensure effective performance and job satisfaction.
- Establish and communicate clear expectations for student achievement, behavior, and character development, and implement policies and procedures to support a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement curriculum standards, instructional strategies, and assessment practices that promote student engagement, academic rigor, and college and career readiness.
- Monitor student progress and academic performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement interventions and support services to address individual student needs and promote equitable access to educational opportunities.
- Cultivate positive relationships with parents, guardians, and community partners, soliciting feedback, addressing concerns, and promoting family engagement in support of student success.
- Lead and participate in school improvement initiatives, strategic planning processes, and accreditation reviews, and ensure alignment with school goals, mission, and values.
- Serve as the primary spokesperson and liaison for the school, representing its interests and advocating for its needs within the broader community, educational networks, and governing bodies.
- Uphold high standards of professional ethics, integrity, and accountability, and model the values of fairness, respect, and equity in all interactions with students, staff, families, and stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field (Doctoral degree preferred).
- Valid state administrative certification or licensure.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in educational leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful school administration and improvement.
- Strong instructional leadership skills, with expertise in curriculum development, assessment practices, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse stakeholders.
- Visionary mindset, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to lead change and innovation in a dynamic educational environment.
- Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, allocate budgets, and make data-informed decisions to achieve organizational goals.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in a multicultural, multilingual, or international school setting preferred.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
