Job responsibility includes

1. Strong knowledge of GDS to Book, manage and flight reservations on Amadeus & Galileo

2. Managing the cancellation, issuance, and re-issuance of air tickets

3. Demonstrate a solid understanding of fare types, contracts, and the ability to read and comprehend fare rules.

4. Worked on group bookings

4. Handling corporate clients

5. Managing the corporate accounts of ticketing

6. Dealing with Airlines for sales and Capping of tickets

7. Respond to flight and fare inquiries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

9. Stay updated with industry trends, airline policies, and regulatory changes that may impact ticketing and reservations.

10. Maintain accurate records of ticketing transactions, interactions with travel agents, and other relevant data.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry in a ticketing or similar role.

Strong knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Amadeus(preferred), Galileo, and Sabre

Familiarity with fare types, contracts, and the ability to read and comprehend fare rules.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.

Good analytical skills to interpret data and situations accurately.

Sound understanding of the airline, aviation, and travel industry.

Experience in B2B market or airline sales is a plus.

Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a valuable team player.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
