**Job Title**: Sr. Ticketing Executive
**Location**: South Delhi

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Issue tickets for both international and domestic sectors on major GDS platforms.
- Manage ticket reissuance and cancellations as per client requirements.
- Provide clients with travel advice, information, and updates on their itineraries.
- Calculate and quote airfares for various international and local destinations, including multi-sector travel to Europe, Australia, and the USA.
- Handle inquiries from telephonic and counter clients, ensuring high-quality service.
- Address client requests for date changes, check-in support, or other ticketing-related issues.
- Maintain and submit records to the accounts department regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticket issuance and international packages.
- Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of international and domestic fare calculations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
