**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct SAP FICO training sessions for individuals or groups, both in-person and online.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, to facilitate

effective learning.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of participants and organizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO developments and incorporate them into training

programs.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Assess the progress of trainees through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Offer feedback and recommendations for improvement to trainees.
- Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance training offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in SAP FICO.
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary

improvements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- SAP FICO certification or equivalent relevant certification is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working with SAP FICO, including configuration and implementation.
- Previous experience as an SAP FICO Trainer or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and levels of expertise.
- Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire trainees.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using training tools and software.
- Willingness to travel to deliver in-person training sessions (if required).
- Continuous learning mindset to stay current with SAP FICO advancements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
