**Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, and IM modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO and integrated modules.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- **BE (Bachelor of Engineering)** or
- **M.Com (Master of Commerce)** or equivalent degree.
- **Domain Experience**:

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or related business functions.
- **SAP Experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
- At least one **end-to-end SAP implementation** project.

**Preferred Skills**:

- SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualification**:Graduate
