Job Title: SM/RSM
Locations : Bangalore, Mumbai
Term: Permanent
Notice Period: 15 Days to Max 1 month
Edu Qualification**:Bachelor’s degree ideally in computer science or engineering/any related fileds,/MBA preferred**
Experience:10+Years
Skills required: B2G, Govt bidding ,tenders, Field sales, education sector -edtech domain.
KRA: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned).
1. Responsible for the Sales, Presales & Training activities for the defined territory
2. Responsible for achieving the sales & revenue collection target for the territory
3. Generate & support partners in lead generation
4. Manage & Support Partners in requirement analysis, set up monthly/quarterly sales target from time to time and ensure the compliance of the same.
5. To follow up with the partners and internal sales staff for their monthly sales targets. 6. To assist the partners in all the sales & presales activities for business development 7. Responsible for Payment Collections from the partners
8. Weekly/Monthly MIS report to the reporting head
9. Responsible for finding prospective clients
10. Responsible for preparation of promotional material and explore strategies to promote the business and network expansion
11. Responsible for identifying new business / alliances.
12. Responsible for timely reporting, positive team work & creating good word-of-mouth.
Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in computer science or engineering, MBA preferred
- Minimum Fifteen (15) years of sales & marketing / business development experience; **Experience in IT solutions sales in Government vertical will be preferred Knowledge and**
Skill Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin and cash flow analysis;
- Project management skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency;
- Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing.
Pay: ₹173,049.38 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
