Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Own end-to-end sales cycle for FLYGHT Services – from lead generation, qualification, POC/demo setup, to deal closure and onboardingBuild relationships with key stakeholders in State Police, Municipal Corporations, SEZs, Expressway Authorities, PSUs, and large private industrial clientsDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targetsCollaborate with partner ecosystem and internal operations to deliver seamless POC/pilot programs and customer onboardingDraft techno-commercial proposals, SLAs, and pricing models suited to customer need and policy frameworksMaintain high CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and closure reportingProvide field feedback to Product and Operations for service optimization and new use-case developmentRepresent ideaForge at key government, smart city, drone policy, and industry events in the regionKey Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field. MBA is a plus.Experience:7–10 years of B2G/B2B field sales experience in South IndiaProven success in selling services/technology solutions to government departments (Police, Urban Development, Transport, etc.) or industrial clientsFamiliarity with RFP-driven sales cycles, public procurement processes (GEM, CPPP, GFR norms), and Drone as a Service or AMC-style models is highly preferredPast exposure to smart city, GIS/mapping, IoT/surveillance, or security technology solutions is a strong advantageExperience in XaaS, DaaS, and SaaS models.LocationBengaluru,IndiaJob TypeFull timeWorkplace TypeOn-SiteMinimum job qualificationBachelor's Degree
