- Responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our SAP Business One ERP system. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will ensure the smooth operation of SAP Business One to meet the business requirements and objectives. Your role will involve managing system configurations, user permissions, data integrity, and providing technical support to end-users.

1. Administer and maintain the SAP Business One ERP system to support business operations across departments.

2. Coordination SAP Business One modules, including but not limited to Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production, to align with company processes and requirements

3. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and ensure data integrity.

4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse processes, and recommend improvements or enhancements to the SAP system

5. Develop and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings within SAP Business One to control access and protect sensitive data.

6. Provide training and technical support to end-users on SAP Business One.

8. Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

9. Document system configurations, customizations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistency in system administration.

10. Stay updated on SAP Business One updates, patches, and new features, evaluating their applicability and potential impact on business processes.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
