**Experience**: 0-3 years

**Jobsense Training & Placement** is a skill-based training institute offering industry-relevant programs that help students and jobseekers become job-ready. We specialize in career-focused training with real-time projects and placement assistance across various fields.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel walk-in students and parents about Jobsense courses and career prospects
- Handle inbound inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Make **outbound calls** to follow up with leads and explain course benefits
- Identify student needs and suggest suitable training programs
- Explain fee structures, course content, career scope, and placement assistance
- Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions through persuasive communication
- Maintain and update lead records in CRM and spreadsheets
- Participate in seminars, college/school visits, and promotional activities
- Meet or exceed **monthly admission targets**

**Key Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication (Hindi & English) and interpersonal skills
- Confident in handling walk-ins and cold calling
- Strong listening and persuasion ability
- Organized, self-driven, and result-oriented
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (preferred)

**Compensation**:

- Fixed Salary (based on experience)
- Attractive incentives on target-based admissions

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
