Title: Business Development Manager - Solar Panel Installations (Karimnagar)

Role compensation:

- Base Salary: ₹17000/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹10000 per solar panel installation / house

Job description: SolarX is on a mission to make clean, affordable solar energy accessible in India’s tier-2 cities. As a Sales Manager, you’ll drive our growth by leading a motivated team and helping families switch to solar. Your work will have a direct impact on the environment and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and verify required documents from customers and partners.
- Maintain and update customer records and files (both digital and physical).
- Assist in tele-calling potential leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and timely service delivery.
- Handle basic office administration tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain reports for sales and operations activities.
- Support the management team in day-to-day operational tasks.
- Manage courier dispatches, vendor coordination, and office supplies as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per year
