**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, fit, and align motorcycle accessories such as **top racks, side racks, panniers, crash guards, auxiliary lights, tank bags, skid plates, and performance add-ons**.
- Conduct pre
- and post-installation checks to ensure proper fitment, safety, and functionality of accessories.
- Handle **wiring and electrical connections** for auxiliary lights, chargers, and electronic accessories.
- Provide technical assistance to customers regarding the selection and compatibility of accessories.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workshop.
- Identify and resolve fitting issues or modifications required for specific models.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Keep updated knowledge of the latest superbike accessories, brands, and installation techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **mechanic/technician** in the motorcycle industry (superbike experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **motorcycle mechanics, accessories, and electrical systems**.
- Ability to read and follow **fitting manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions**.
- Hands-on skills with **tools, equipment, and precision installation techniques**.
- Attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or relevant technical training.
- Prior experience with **brands like GIVI, Hepco & Becker, Zana, SW-Motech, Auto Engina, Barkbusters, etc.**:

- Passion for motorcycles and riding culture.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,639.50 per month
