**Position**:Service Technician
**Experience**:0-2yrs

**Job Responsibilities -**
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in 2-wheeler EVs.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks.
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly.
- Keep accurate service records and manage parts inventory.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

**Job Requirements -**
- A diploma's degree in electrical or mechanical is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- The ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.
- Experience with electric vehicles or automotive repair.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
