**Job Title**: Supervisor - Body Shop

We are looking for a skilled **Supervisor - Body Shop** to manage customer relations, oversee vehicle repairs, and ensure smooth insurance claim processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend customers, inspect accidental vehicles, and understand damage details.
- Explain the insurance claim process (cashless & non-cashless) and obtain customer approvals.
- Initiate and coordinate insurance claim intimation with insurance companies.
- Check parts availability and place orders to meet delivery timelines.
- Liaise with insurance surveyors for damage assessment and approvals.
- Keep customers updated on work progress and additional repair needs.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery, complete documentation, and explain invoices.
- Promote allied business products such as EW, RSA, and REC policies.
- Maintain KPI performance, Care 2.0 process adherence, and daily reporting to management.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in the automobile body shop domain.
- Strong understanding of vehicle insurance claim processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve business targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
