Office Administrator

Orgalife is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and providing administrative support to various departments.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the management team and other departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
**Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment for all employees.
**Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communication appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
**Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences. This may include booking venues, arranging catering, and managing guest lists.
**Financial Administration**: Support finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
**HR Support**: Assist with various HR functions including employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating HR-related activities.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar office administration role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with office management software a plus.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
