**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise outward dispatches of finished goods as per client and production schedules.
- Manage inward receipt of packaging materials and verify quantities and specifications
- Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure material handling safety.
- Verify and check materials received/dispatched against challans and documentation.
- Coordinate with the QC team for inspection and clearance of incoming materials.
- Forward bills and related documents to the accounts team after verification.
- Maintain proper inventory and stock records in coordination with the stores and planning teams.
- Ensure all dispatches and receipts are timely, accurate, and properly documented.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-1.5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse supervision (preferably in FMCG or cosmetics manufacturing).
- Strong sense of accuracy, calculation, and record-keeping
- Good coordination and follow-up ability.
- Familiar with basic documentation and billing processes.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in daily operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
