**Job description**

**International Telecaller Executive for Visa Process**

We are hiring for the International Tele caller Executive for Visa Process. The position involves handling applicant queries related to the visa process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients to decide on a Visa that is most suited to their requirements.
- Identify and follow up with the existing and potential clients to enhance bookings.
- Addressing applicant queries and concerns regarding the visa process.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Flexibility over working hours.

**Additional information**:

- Female are preferred for this Job

**Working Schedule**:

- Days: Monday to Saturday

**Working Hours**:
9 hours of working

Day shift and night shift both

**Location: Jaipur**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Relocate before starting work (required)
