Scope Of Work*- Primary- Shared Across Functionally- Shall function as Senior Designer for Static Equipments like Reactors, Drums, Columns, Heat Exchangers
- Should be able to interface with other departments like Piping, Civil while preparing the 3D models.
- Should have working knowledge of Auto CAD and be able to prepare GA and other detail drawings including foundation load data, etc
- Prepare the 3D modelling in PDS software of Static Equipment like Drums, Reactors, Filters, Columns, Heat Exchangers, etc,
- Preparation of Mechanical items like pumps, compressors, skids, structures, platforms, which is in scope of static equipment group.
- Relationships Management*- Internal- External- Interaction with other Team members- Interaction with Vendors / Clients- Key Result Areas*- Able point out anomalies like interference, incorrect dimensioning, etc
- Should be able to check vendor drawings for non-critical items like drums, tanks, etc
- Review of Engineering drawings for Columns, Vessels, Exchangers, Reactors
- Key Competencies- Behavioral- Need to Have- Nice to Have- Communication skills
- Team Player
- Technical- Need to Have- Nice to Have- Familiar with international material standards and specifications.
- Experience in design, preparation of mechanical data sheets and specifications.
- Experience in vendor offer evaluation, preparation of TBA and review vendor drawings / calculations.
- Experience in engineering of Petrochemical / Oil & Gas projects.
- Should have functioned as Senior Design Engineer for projects which are already implemented.
- Exposure to FEA or Package Equipment Engineering
- Ability to carry out design optimization through Value Engineering and cost-effective alternate designs.
