**MV GAMEPLAY PRODUCER**

We are looking for a seasoned Gameplay Producer to work directly with the Creative Director and Game Director in bringing the look and feel of a mass multiplayer Metaverse based in a photo real aesthetic to life. The individual will oversee and lead the game development team both inside the lands and in mini games while meeting the needs and requirements from the company investors to the best fo their ability.

**RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Work closely with the Creative Director and gaming leads to provide the scope and complete schedule for all necessary areas during the planning, build, launch and updates processes.

2. Forsee and provide transparency on the status of all game assets, opportunities and risks.

3. Oversee development operations such as scheduling team meetings and reviews. Maintain proper tracking of tasks, demos, bugs, fixes and creative adjustments.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

1. Deep understanding of managing game and software development.

2. Proficiency in building engaging presentations and working with the team to showcase company demos.

3. Prior experience of working in a gaming production role on a launched title.

4. Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems amongst multiple team members.

**BONUS SKILLS**

5. Experience of overseeing a team using Unreal Engine 5+.

6. General knowledge of source control utilizing Perforce.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
