**Role**:Marketing Artist

**Location**:Mumbai

**Work type**: Remote

**Experience required**: 2+ years of work experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ideate and produce mobile video ads that grab attention and convert viewers into players.
- Handle full-cycle production, from concept to animation, editing, and post-production.
- Collaborate with publishing, growth, and product teams to deeply understand the game's value and create the most impactful creatives.
- Design 2D/3D visuals, including characters, environments, icons, and UI elements for ads and ASO (App Store Optimization).
- Reuse in-game assets to tell new stories visually, adapt existing graphics to new themes and narratives.
- Stay ahead of trends in mobile advertising, Instagram/shorts-style content, and user behavior to ensure fresh, effective output.
- Analyzing creative trends in the mobile advertising market

**What We’re Looking For**

**Core Skills**
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of composition, animation, motion design, and color psychology.
- Hands-on experience in creating short-form video ads and social media visuals.
- Solid grasp of mobile game audiences and what motivates engagement/downloads.
- Excellent design fundamentals and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative output.

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Veo, etc.).
- Knowledge of mobile marketing and ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads).
- Experience across multiple game genres, especially hyper-casual and hybrid-casual.
- Active portfolio or social media page showcasing your motion design and video work.
