Job Description: Inside Sales Executive - LOS Sales

Position: Inside Sales/Business Development Executive

Department: Sales

Industry: Sales of LOS/LMS Software for Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) & BFSI

Location: Remote (Mumbai)

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Research and develop a list of prospective customers.

Client Interaction:

- Contact leads to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Pitch and Conversion:

- Deliver product presentations and sales pitches to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals.
- Follow up on warm leads to convert them into sales.
- Manage a sales pipeline and track progress toward monthly sales goals.

Relationship Building:

- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Sales Reporting:

- Maintain and update CRM systems with details of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress reports.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies and optimize lead conversions.
- Participate in sales training programs to stay updated on new products and industry trends.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide reports to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: 1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in financial services or NBFCs.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets; excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Customer-Centric: Ability to understand customer needs and deliver relevant solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with problem-solving abilities to address client concerns.

Work Environment:

- Work from Office
- Will require collaboration with field sales teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
