**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality video footage for interviews, promotional content, testimonials, events, and educational content using your own camera.
- Edit videos for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the IIM SKILLS website.
- Add effects, transitions, music, subtitles, and graphics to enhance storytelling and brand appeal.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to plan, storyboard, and execute video projects.
- Maintain brand consistency in all video assets produced.
- Organize raw footage and maintain a well-structured digital asset library.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media video formats, and camera techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Must own a personal Laptop.**:

- Strong understanding of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent storytelling skills and creative eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Film, Media, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Portfolio or showreel of previous work is mandatory.
