**Position : Trainer - Special Educator**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Planning and executing sessions.
- Maintaining records of the students of the relevant group.
- On the job employment training.
- Check ins & follow up.
- Sensitising the coworkers and employers.
- Maintaining relationships.
- Maintaining progress records.
- Enhancement of the program.
- Working in sync with the team (Trainers, Counsellor, etc.) to ensure sustainability of the job opportunities for the students.
- Conducting parent meetings at regular intervals.
- Conducting assessments of new students.

**Education and Experience Requirement**:

- Bachelors degree in special education
- Minimum 2 years work experience of people with disabilities

**Skills Requirement**:

- Use of creative ideas to train people with disabilities
- Ability to adapt and work according to the skills of different students
- Can come up with effective solutions for work related issues
- Good written and communication skills
- Cooperative and enthusiastic team member
- Patient and flexible
- Good interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi and basic Marathi

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
