- Maintain records of progress and adapt plans as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Special Education or related field.
- Certification in special education (RCI registration preferred).
- Experience working with children with learning disabilities or special needs.
- Strong communication and empathy skills.
