**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct quality control checks on content related to Chegg services, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
- Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in content, including formatting, grammar, and factual accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to implement restructuring strategies for improving the overall quality and effectiveness of Chegg services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and restructuring efforts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns related to content quality and restructuring initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to content quality control and restructuring.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in quality control, content editing, or a related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Chegg services and platform preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
