**Executive - Supply Chain**

Job Summary:
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage the development of contracts, contractual relationships and contract management to deliver continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services by the supply base. Lead and manage a team of Buyers to deliver the appropriate support to the business to ensure corporate and business development objectives are met. Work alongside the senior management team in contributing to overall business objectives.

**Job Description**:

- Does material forecasting and planning for the institute
- Setting up the operations of all stores in the company
- Ensure all process documents, SOPs, manual, contracts of vendors etc., are always updated
- Conferring with vendors, selecting products and equipments by testing, observing or examining items and estimating values of market price
- Maintains procurement and receiving operations by developing policies and procedures
- Ensures verification of incoming materials, costs, delivery, product quality and inventories
- Ensure Procure to Pay Process
- Provides strategic directions for materials & supply chain functions for the organization in the areas of inventory control, quality assurance and value improvement
- Any other duties assigned by the HOD

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
