**The Opportunity**:
Due to continued expansion, we have an opportunity for a creative, customer success-focused professional to join our Design team. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player with great design and strong customer communication skills. **Should be flexible to work in regular UK shifts**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing your customer projects from start to finish
- HTML & CSS coding experience is essential
- Strong digital portfolio displaying creative, user-friendly and clean designs
- Bachelor's degree in multimedia, graphic design, web design or related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training
- Strong background in customer service and the ability to clearly articulate concepts and recommendations, both written and verbally
- Significant design experience demonstrating both creativity and the ability to stay on brief

**Skills and Experience Beneficial for This Role**:

- Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Be a team player, establishing great working relationships with colleagues
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with mobile web development techniques e.g. responsive design
