**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily visits to retailers within assigned territories to promote & sell company products.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with retailers, understanding their needs & providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets & objectives set by the company.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits & promotions to retailers.
- Ensure timely & accurate completion of sales transactions & documentation.
- Maintain inventory levels in the van & report any shortages or damages.
- Adhere to company policies & procedures at all times.
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding market trends, competitor activities & customer preferences.

Please Note: The specific sales representative is required to operate & drive an E-Rickshaw & Auto belonging to a particular brand.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with retailers.
- Proficiency in Hindi (spoken) & English (written & verbal).
- Strong numerical & calculation skills.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new processes & systems.
- Highly punctual & able to adhere to assigned work schedules.
- Previous experience in van sales or a similar field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record & all other legal proofs.

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
