Responsible for efficient management, monitoring, and control of inventory in the furniture manufacturing facility. Ensures accurate record-keeping, classification of materials, timely cycle counts, and smooth inventory audits to support seamless production and dispatch operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct periodic **inventory audits** and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Perform **cycle counts** as per defined schedules and investigate variances.
- Ensure proper **classification and categorization of inventory** based on type, size, usage, and other relevant attributes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and report slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stocks.
- Implement and ensure adherence to inventory management best practices and safety standards.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams for inventory requirements.
- Assist in developing inventory management policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
- Support physical stock verification during internal and statutory audits.
- Identify opportunities to optimize storage space and improve inventory accuracy.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of **inventory audit processes** and cycle counting techniques.
- Understanding of **classification systems** for inventory management (e.g. ABC analysis).
- Proficiency in inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Tally, etc.).
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with furniture manufacturing materials (wood types, hardware, fittings, etc.) preferred.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- **2-5 years** of experience in inventory management, preferably in furniture or manufacturing industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
