Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse drawing and specifications of new building projects provided by architects or engineers.
- Calculate the quantity of materials required for the project.
- Calculate actual labour costs for the project.
- Prepare an effective budget estimate for each stage of the construction process based on consumer requirements.
- Prepare bills for the project.
- Ensure that the project stays within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google workspace
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Manjeri, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
