Proficient in creating storyboard using Tableau/Power BI or to pick up any visualization capability as per customer/client needs
- Ability to perform data tasks using a variety of queries, and preparing data for visualization using ETL tools (such as informatica, Alteryx, Tableau Prep)
- Good to have knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and operations
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries
- Author documentation of customer reporting requirements and finished reports
- Working with multi-disciplinary business teams across industries/sectors on data-related assignments
- Liaison with business and technology teams of clients and involve in requirement understanding, planning, and project execution with timely delivery
- Contribute to practice development by ideating/proposing new assets backed with research, creating POC’s/POV and working on building prototypes
- Demonstrate excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts to client business leaders.
- Good to have exposure to Human Capital Management/People Analytics tools, or Data Science tools
**Primary Skills**:
- 4-6 years of experience in visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/QlikView/Spotfire/Data Studio
- Proficient with data management and integration, data process structure concept, design, and development
**Secondary Skills**:
- Hands-on Experience with Data Analytics Tools (Such as SQL, Tableau, Workday Prism, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, or similar) would be a plus
