We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in a night shift role. As a Bidding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and securing projects on various freelance platforms such as Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying potential projects and clients on Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Crafting compelling proposals and bids that address client needs and requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand project scopes and tailor bids accordingly.
- Managing multiple bidding platforms, ensuring timely submission of bids and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a strong online profile on each platform to enhance credibility.
- Networking with clients, engaging in discussions, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Continuously monitoring and researching industry trends and competitors to enhance bidding strategies.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly bidding targets and revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a focus on bidding and securing projects on Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.
- Strong understanding of the freelance industry, platforms, and bidding processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting persuasive proposals.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a night shift environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, design, or related fields is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
