F&b Associate

The F&B Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent guest service in the food and beverage outlets. The role ensures that guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs promptly, maintaining service standards, and supporting overall F&B operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Assist in billing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate posting.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Support F&B operations during banquets, events, or in-room dining as required.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and grooming standards consistently.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred.
- Prior experience in F&B service is an advantage but freshers may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
