Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Mom's Super Location: Flexible (Remote) Mom's Super is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to the success of a mission-driven company. Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our millet-based products. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives. Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance. Represent Mom's Super at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products and generate leads. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for sales and a desire to exceed goals. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events. Knowledge of the health food market and an interest in sustainable and eco-friendly products is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
