**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Junior Dispatch Executive** / **Dispatch Operato**r to join our logistics team. The role involves coordinating dispatch activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods, and maintaining proper documentation as per company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport receipts.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on delivery status.
- Communicate with transporters and vendors to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement and dispatched goods.
- Support inventory management and warehouse team as needed.
- Assist in resolving delivery issues, such as delays or damaged goods.
- Adhere to company SOPs and safety standards during dispatch activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics or related roles.
- Basic knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP software usage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of local transport regulations and documentation.

**Working Hours**: [e.g., 9: 30 AM - 6 PM, 6 days a week]**Compensation**: As per industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
