**About the Role**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecalling Executives to join our team. In this role, you will engage with business owners in the USA, offering them valuable information about final expense insurance for their companies and employees, as well as offering a free website.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to U.S.based business owners to discuss final expense insurance and the benefits of our free website offer.Educate potential clients on the value of final expense insurance for their business and employees.Transfer interested clients to our processing team or log in as Jerome to assist them with the insurance toolkit, which compares quotes from various providers.Consistently meet daily conversion targets (3-4 successful conversions per day).Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in handling rejections and challenges.Utilize tools like MyTikal and Excel efficiently.

**Qualifications**:
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage U.S. clients.Previous experience in telecalling, especially in the insurance sector, is preferred.Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and the ability to handle rejection positively.Basic tech skills, including familiarity with Excel and auto-dialers, are a plus.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
