The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for supporting the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. This role ensures high standards of customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency while maximizing profitability and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Supervise and support F&B staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements.
- Support the planning and execution of events and banquets.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance regularly.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase sales.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
