**Job Title**: Social Media Marketer
**Location**: [Prayagraj]
**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Head of Digital Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to increase engagement and reach.
- Set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visual content and graphics.
- Curate and share user-generated content when applicable.
- **Platform Management**:

- Manage and maintain brand presence on social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish posts regularly across platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
- Monitor trends and adapt strategies to fit current social media landscapes.
- **Audience Engagement**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster a positive community.
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and interacting with relevant content.
- Develop strategies for increasing organic engagement, followers, and retention.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring alignment with goals.
- A/B test creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Use data to inform future social media strategies and campaigns.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other departments like sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and bloggers for co-promotion and campaign amplification.
- **Social Listening & Trend Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, platforms, and algorithm changes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer sentiment and brand mentions.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Manage and address any negative sentiment or crisis situations across social media platforms.
- Develop a plan for handling potential PR issues or controversies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing content and knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.

**Salary**:

- **11 AM to 8 PM**.

Pay: ₹10,135.90 - ₹22,270.71 per month
