Job Location**:Travel to both Lower Parel and Andheri** **JOB DESCRIPTION**: - Preparation and Recording: Preparation AR balances and record B2C (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) customer payments and transactions. - Collection of past due customer invoices and weekly reporting of collection status. - Ensure efficient and timely cash collections from customers. Follow up with aged receivables and escalate them, as needed. - Identify automation opportunities and implement technological solutions for efficiency gains. - Performing account reconciliations on monthly basis to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted and identifying and resolving any discrepancies. - Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure G/L information is accurate, consistent, traceable, and auditable. Also, ensure all collection & sales entries are being passed in Tally on monthly basis. - **Preparation of Inventory valuation report on monthly basis.** - Preparation & Review of inventory ledgers and computation of inventory variance of books to reports from physical check. - Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures. - Analyze, resolve, and communicate findings for complex inventory related issue. - Analysis of sales & Gross profit margins on monthly basis DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: - **3 - 5 years of experience** - **Experience in Zoho is Mandatory** - Problem-solving, curiosity to learn, challenging the status quo, and being a taskmaster - Good verbal/written communication Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year **Education**: - Bachelor's (required) **Experience**: - Accounting: 4 years (required) Work Location: In person
