As an In-House Legal Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and guidance to various departments within the company. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
1. Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including vendor contracts, employment agreements, and client agreements.

2. Conducting legal research and analysis on a variety of issues affecting the company's operations, including regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

3. Advising internal stakeholders on legal matters and providing strategic guidance to support business objectives.

4. Assisting with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate restructuring.

5. Managing and maintaining legal documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

6. Collaborating with external legal counsel as necessary to address complex legal issues and litigation matters.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate or in-house legal environment.

3. Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and other relevant legal principles.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.

5. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
