**Overview**:
As a Legal Associate at Real Estate Organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal compliance and providing legal support for various real estate transactions and activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, contributing to the legal aspects of a fast-paced real estate environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, leases, and sale agreements.
- Assist in due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
- Provide legal support for property development projects, including zoning, land use, and permitting issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including real estate developers, property managers, and finance professionals, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes related to real estate transactions or properties.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and advise the company on potential impacts.
- Assist with other legal matters and projects as assigned by the Legal Counsel or Senior Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred.
- Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Previous experience (2-3 years) in real estate law or related legal field, preferably within a real estate company or law firm.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and transactions.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,086.00 - ₹35,391.81 per month
