Job Title: Site Supervisor (Residential Buildings)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, providing direction, support, and guidance as needed.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and building codes. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce site safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Perform regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- **Resource Management**: Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials and equipment, ensuring they are available when needed and properly accounted for.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track and report on project progress, including scheduling, costs, and completion milestones. Address any delays or issues promptly to maintain project timelines.
- **Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between the site team, project managers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on site activities, progress, and any challenges.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to keep the project on track.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety reports. Ensure proper documentation for project compliance and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within residential building construction.
- **Education**: Diploma In Civil ( Or ) B.E Civil Engineering
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and building codes.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
