**Position: Sales Coordinator.**

**Employment Type: Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales operations.**

**Manage communication between field sales representatives, distributors, doctors, and the head office.**

**Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation.**

**Assist in order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups with clients or distributors.**

**Support the sales team in achieving their targets through effective coordination, proper doctor visit and planning.**

**Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolution.**

**Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Science Graduate).**

**Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.**

**Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.**

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**

**Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).**

**Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.**
