**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the installation and configuration of audio-visual systems, including but not limited to projectors, displays, sound systems, microphones, and control interfaces.
- Ensure proper integration with existing technology infrastructure and adherence to industry standards.
- Google meet rooms management.
- Google meet rooms reimaging in case of failure.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on AV equipment to prevent issues and ensure consistent performance.
- Execute firmware updates, hardware replacements, and system optimizations as needed.
- Troubleshoot audio visual issues, including analysis of logs (Creston logs, Event viewer) and system performance metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams to design and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Work on AV monitoring tool and analyze system performance, identify potential issues or anomalies, and provide recommendations to improve system visibility and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in the creation of training material
- Track and document process changes and ad hoc reporting requirements
- Lead continuous improvement actions
- Train, mentor, and coordinate the activities of other members of the team

**Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements**:

- Crestron, Google meet, Logitech, Cisco, BrightSign AV platforms and their respective management suits
- Must have implement and support experience on:

- Crestron Xio, Google meet administration, Logitech Sync, Mersive AV platforms and their respective management suits
- Custom audio solution (Shure, Q-SYS) integration with AV conferencing devices.
- Symphony, RMS (AMX), TMS/Prime or other compatible monitoring solution
- Troubleshoot automation issues, including analysis of logs and system performance metrics.
- Experience with automation tools and languages, such as Crestron, AMX, Python, or PowerShell
- Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills is must.

**Level of Knowledge, Skills, and Authority**:

- Knows and applies advanced concepts, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization
- May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position
- Under mínimal supervision, performs work that is varied and that may be somewhat difficult in nature, but usually involves limited responsibility
- Resolves most questions and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels
