**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a link in between directors and the marketing agency/event management agency.
- Maintain effective communication channels with external partners, such as advertising agencies, photographers, and videographers.
- Design comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Designing and organizing various events for customer engagement on all ongoing and completed projects.
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing agency in developing engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials such as property listings, brochures, website content, blog posts, and social media posts.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing agency in creating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, sales kits and maintaining the same.
- Oversee the company's website to ensure it is up to date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Coordinate with web developers and designers to implement necessary updates, add new property listings, and improve the overall user experience.
- Coordinate with various internal teams, including sales, design, and development, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging marketing strategies within the real estate industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of marketing in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of the real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
