**What you will be doing**

Create and maintain processes of the quality program and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.

This position is within Managed services IntelliMatch, works on
- Product Installation and reconciliation configuration;
- Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs;
- Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, gathers forms and data files from customer and assesses requirements for software utilization and discusses any software customization requirements with programming team;
- Customizes FIS software through the use of authoring tools to meet individual customer needs - solutions sets, tables, etc.;
- Throughout project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system.

**Skills**
- 1 years of strong database experience in SQL.
- Development experience of building ETD reconciliations (exchange, broker, intercompany) in IntelliMatch ETD.
- 1 years of strong reconciliation development experience in all modules of IntelliMatch (Recollector, Admin, Reconciliation).

**What you bring**:

- Knowledge / Experience Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
- Knowledge of the financial services marketplace
- Reconciliation knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
- Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc
- Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills
- Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance
