**Job Summary**:
The Liaison Officer will serve as a key intermediary between the organization and its clients, including government and private departments. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure effective communication, build and maintain strong relationships, facilitate negotiations, and resolve any issues between the organization and its external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction & Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and various government bodies, private sector clients, and other external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.
- Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and other official functions.
- **Facilitating Communication**:

- Communicate effectively to convey organizational goals, services, and policies to clients, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Ensure that all communications are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational values and objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other communication materials as needed for stakeholders.
- **Conflict Resolution & Mediation**:

- Act as a mediator in resolving disputes, misunderstandings, or conflicts between the organization and external clients.
- Negotiate and facilitate agreements that align with organizational goals while meeting client expectations.
- **Compliance & Regulatory Liaison**:

- Ensure that all interactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, particularly when dealing with government departments.
- Advise internal teams on regulatory changes and assist in ensuring the organization remains compliant in all external dealings.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Monitor client needs and expectations to proactively address potential concerns or opportunities for collaboration.
- Gather feedback from clients and work with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and improvements in service delivery.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of meetings, agreements, and communications.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and any other engagements with clients.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a liaison, client relations, or mediator role, preferably in a government or corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of government policies, regulations, and private sector dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to negotiate and present information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, International Relations).
- Familiarity with specific industry sectors (e.g., Manufacturing, construction, healthcare, IT) depending on the organization’s focus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
