We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual who can identify new sites by performing demographics analysis and then work across Civil and Architectural engineers and the city for building permit coordination during the initial evaluation phase of the sites.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Demographics research and identify lands for new sites using GIS, Google Maps and build site database.
- Develop initial site plan layouts and work with the city on preliminary qualification of the project.
- Perform new site due diligence for utilities, flood, easements issues.
- Perform contract preparation, communication, negotiation, site visits, retail lease contract negotiations.
- Manage back office team by training and managing their tasks

**Qualifications and Skills**
- At Least a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Atleast 5 years of minimum experience in site acquisition and site development projects.
- Experience in real estate development project management is a plus.
- Work across wide variety of engineering fields for site development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
