**Responsibilities**:

- Review and source high-quality video content.
- Collaborate with members of LinkedIn's editorial team and cross-functional partners to offer feedback and improve quality of content.
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to processes and tools used to source and identify content.
- Use data to identify what’s working for video content.
- Identify and discover new creators to continue growing our video audience.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience
- Previous internship in journalism, communications, integrated marketing or related fields

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a news or media environment
- Has had prior social media experience / possesses an understanding of video on social platforms
- Superior time management and communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly and to exercise good judgment in a high-pressure environment
- Passion for LinkedIn editorial's goal of bringing professionals the knowledge and insights they need to advance in their careers
- Can juggle multiple assignments at once
