What we need
- Writing blogs, conducting interviews, writing feature articles for the website and the magazine
- Assisting the senior editor in writing news articles, updating the websites - conducting research on trending topics in various sectors, and social media posts (Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram).
- Assisting the senior editor in planning and executing the editorial activities, reviewing and proofreading the contents, suggesting improvements in content, and regularly performing a quality check of the website and the social media platforms.
- A proactive player with a good business sense for a media company
- Coordinating with the sales team and the editorial team to close a deal with clients
- Conducting research and curating articles for marketing our editorial packages to companies and their executives
- Interacting with team members to ensure daily tasks are completed and deadlines are met;
What you should have:

- Portfolio of published work (with your name is preferred)
- Proven work experience as an Assistant Editor
- Strong command over the spoken and written English
- Well-versed with the latest news and events in the world, especially in the business and technology sector
- At least 3-6 years of experience with a publishing company
- Should have co-ordinated online or print publishing cycles and managed content areas
- Should have experience in overseeing layout, and proficiency in checking errors in content
- Experience in handling editorial activities
- Good time management and team-building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform multi-skilled jobs when needed
- Good knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing would be preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in any domain (Journalism or Media Studies will be preferred)
- Should have basic idea of media and ethical guidelines

Pay: Up to ₹41,386.22 per month
