- Install, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet, Datacap, and related ECM systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and monitoring to ensure high availability and prevent disruptions.
- Manage content lifecycle, including storage, archiving, metadata classification, and retention policy enforcement.
- Define user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure controlled access and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX).
- Automate administrative tasks using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell, improving operational efficiency.
